Hi, I’m Bec
I am behind the lens of Sol Flare Photography.
I am an Illawarra girl, born and raised in Wollongong. I am a single Mamma, a singer, pianist and very average guitarist. I love all things creative, but most of all, I love capturing and making art from your precious memories.
Having spent 10 years in Marketing Roles, I learned quickly the value of great photography….and I was hooked on it. I loved the idea that you could tell a story with an image, be it a brand, a family or a couple’s story, without saying a word. Say it, without saying it! I taught myself everything I know and am relentlessly driven to learn more every day….my cameras never leave my car and if there’s a pretty sunset, you betcha I pull over for a snap!
I’m a bit of a wildflower and a bit uncooth…and I regularly trip over my own feet…but I think that’s why you’ll love me. I will make you laugh, do silly things and have fun during your shoot. I want to tell your story in smiles, laughs and the sun-drenched moments in between.
